Rams edge rusher Myles Garrett enters injured reserve before Broncos game

The Los Angeles Rams will be without edge rusher Myles Garrett for their Week 3 Sunday Night Football game against the Denver Broncos. Garrett is set to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery and has been placed on injured reserve following lower-leg pain during the team's season-opening loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Melbourne, Australia. The four-time All-Pro is expected to miss at least four weeks of action. While the Rams lose a key defensive piece, reports suggest that Aaron Donald could return to the lineup for the upcoming game against the New York Giants. Garrett arrived in Los Angeles this offseason in a trade that involved Jared Verse and multiple future draft picks. The Rams remain set to host the Arizona Cardinals in Week 6.
