Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua posted a public message to his ex-partner, Hallie Aiono, on September 8 regarding their son. The post appeared following public accusations from Aiono last month alleging betrayal and neglect by Nacua, claims which surfaced after the couple previously underwent a paternity test. Beyond his personal life, Nacua faces a pending civil lawsuit from Madison Atiabi involving allegations of assault and misconduct occurring on New Year's Eve 2025. Despite these off-field issues, the NFL has not initiated a suspension against the player. Nacua, who participated in a rehabilitation program this past offseason, is expected to play in the Rams' season opener against the San Francisco 49ers in Australia. He was cleared to participate after recovering from a psoas injury that impacted his availability during training camp.
