Rams sign safety Tanner Ingle to 53-man roster and Jaxson Moi to practice squad

The Rams announced the signing of safety Tanner Ingle to their 53-man roster on September 18, filling the vacancy left by Myles Garrett, who was placed on injured reserve due to injury.
