Rams sign Steven Gilmore and Devean Deal, Dedich returns from injury list

The Los Angeles Rams signed cornerback Steven Gilmore and outside linebacker Devean Deal. Offensive lineman Justin Dedich passed his physical and is now off the non-football injury list after suffering a hand injury earlier this summer. In other roster moves, the team placed cornerback Zech McPhearson and outside linebacker Keir Thomas on injured reserve. The Rams waived linebacker Daniel Rickert with an injury designation.
