Ramsey remains committed to Oxford amid transfer embargo
Summary

Aaron Ramsey, the head coach of Oxford United, has expressed his full commitment to the club despite it being placed under a temporary transfer embargo by the EFL. Oxford cannot sign new players until they comply with salary cost management regulations. Ramsey, in his first permanent management role after a brief stint at Cardiff City, is optimistic about resolving the situation before January while preparing the current squad for the upcoming season. The team recently won its first pre-season friendly against Aldershot Town, and has additional friendlies scheduled before their League Cup campaign starts on August 8.
