Rangers agree to a transfer deal for forward Kevin Kelsy

Rangers have reached a reported agreement to sign 22-year-old striker Kevin Kelsy from the Portland Timbers. The Venezuelan forward, who previously played for Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukraine, brings experience from four different countries to the Glasgow club. Standing over six feet tall, Kelsy is expected to provide a physical presence in the attack, particularly following an anterior cruciate ligament injury to Youssef Chermiti earlier this season. Kelsy established his professional career in Venezuela before moving to Uruguay, then to Europe, and eventually to Major League Soccer. His arrival at Ibrox comes as the team looks to adjust its attacking options under manager Derek McInnes. The club recently secured a victory against Aberdeen following a penalty from captain Lawrence Shankland, who has seen fluctuating playing time this season.
