Rangers aim for stronger power play with addition of Pavel Dorofeyev

The New York Rangers are preparing for the upcoming NHL season with a focus on improving their power play. Last season, the Rangers ranked fifth in the league with a conversion rate of 24.7 percent despite a disappointing overall performance. Adam Fox, who facilitated power plays, believes the addition of Pavel Dorofeyev will enhance their scoring ability. Dorofeyev, who scored 20 power-play goals while with the Golden Knights, joins a unit that includes Fox, Mika Zibanejad, and others. The Rangers' training camp began recently as they work on integrating Dorofeyev into their line-up.
