Rangers open 2026/27 season at Dundee United on July 31

Rangers will start their 2026/27 Scottish Premiership campaign against Dundee United on July 31 at 8pm, live on Sky Sports. This match marks the debut of Derek McInnes as Rangers manager, following his appointment earlier in June. The opening weekend of the season will feature all six Premiership matches broadcast live, a first for the league. Rangers will follow their opener with a home match against Hibernian the following week and a visit to St Mirren on August 22. Their first Old Firm clash of the season is scheduled for September 20 at Celtic Park.
