The New York Rangers have been ranked seventh in The Hockey News’ evaluation of NHL offseasons. General Manager Chris Drury was active during the offseason, highlighted by the acquisition of Pavel Dorofeyev from the Vegas Golden Knights in exchange for multiple draft picks.
