Texas Rangers pitchers Joe Ross and Chris Paddack, along with outfielder Jarred Kelenic, have cleared waivers and elected free agency as of July 3, 2026. This follows their designation for assignment on June 29 to make room for the addition of Paddack and Cam Cauley. Ross made limited appearances with the Rangers, while Kelenic served as a depth option in the outfield. Paddack, while he contributed in a recent outing, was signed only for that game and then DFA’d the next day. All three players will now seek new opportunities outside the Rangers organization.
