Rangnick targets United and Southampton staff while seeking Milan role

Summary

Ralf Rangnick is looking to hire Southampton director Johannes Spors and Manchester United head scout Christopher Vivell for A.C. Milan. Reports suggest Rangnick has met with Milan executives but demands a decision by next week. With Massimiliano Allegri and several directors recently sacked, Milan is in search of both a coach and a technical director. Rangnick's preferred coaching choice, Oliver Glasner, could still be approached independently. U.S. Men's National Team coach Mauricio Pochettino is also in contention for the coaching position.
