Raptors explore trade involving RJ Barrett and Domantas Sabonis

The Toronto Raptors attempted a trade involving RJ Barrett for Domantas Sabonis at the last trade deadline. The deal, which Sabonis reportedly welcomed, fell through due to concerns over Jakob Poeltl's remaining contract. The Raptors are looking for opportunities to enhance both their offense and defense as they evaluate their roster this offseason. The future of the Kawhi Leonard trade remains uncertain, complicating Toronto's approach to team improvements.
