Raptors part ways with Sandro Mamukelashvili ahead of free agency
Summary

Sandro Mamukelashvili is set to enter free agency after declining a $2.8 million player option with the Toronto Raptors. Despite a successful season averaging 11.2 points and 4.9 rebounds per game, there is uncertainty over whether Toronto can retain the 27-year-old big man. Sources indicate that Mamukelashvili has become a strong candidate for a more lucrative contract elsewhere, having outgrown his previous salary. The Raptors may attempt to re-sign him, but discussions will need to focus on a higher value than his declined option.
