Ravens declare WR Zay Flowers out for game against Saints

The Baltimore Ravens have officially ruled out wide receiver Zay Flowers for their upcoming game against the New Orleans Saints. Flowers, who was previously listed as doubtful, did not practice leading up to the game due to a hamstring injury sustained in Week One against the Indianapolis Colts. In that game, he recorded 5 catches for 150 yards and a touchdown. Additionally, the Ravens have placed cornerback T.J. Tampa on injured reserve with a knee injury and have signed linebacker Carl Jones from the practice squad to the active roster.
