RC Lens is set to target Melayro Bogarde of LASK as a potential replacement for Mamadou Sangaré, who is reportedly on the verge of signing with Brentford FC. Bogarde, a 24-year-old Surinamese international, has made a significant impact in the Austrian Bundesliga since joining LASK last summer. He has recorded one goal and five assists in 35 matches for LASK. Currently under contract until 2028, Bogarde could be available for approximately €5 million, which is lower than the €8 million Lens paid for Sangaré last summer.
