Real Betis defeats Real Madrid 1-0 in LaLiga match
Summary

Real Madrid suffered a 1-0 loss against Real Betis on Friday at Estadio La Cartuja. Troy Parrott scored the decisive goal in the 81st minute, securing the win for the hosts after Thibaut Courtois stopped an initial effort from Nelson Deossa. Real Madrid struggled to mount a response in the closing minutes, including a late penalty attempt from Kylian Mbappe that was saved by Alvaro Valles. A stoppage-time overhead kick from Carlos Espi was also disallowed due to an offside ruling. The result extends Real Madrid's winless streak in Andalusia to five matches against Real Betis. The performance drew criticism for a lack of offensive cohesion, as the visitors failed to capitalize on early chances and eventually conceded following a defensive lapse in the second half.
