Real Betis negotiate transfer for Borussia Dortmund's Fábio Silva

Summary

Real Betis have opened discussions with Borussia Dortmund regarding a potential transfer for striker Fábio Silva. This follows Silva's underwhelming debut season at Dortmund, where he struggled to secure a consistent starting position. Betis are reportedly seeking reinforcements in their forward line and have identified Silva as a viable candidate. The Portuguese player previously enjoyed a successful loan spell in La Liga, scoring 10 goals in 24 appearances for Las Palmas during the 2024/25 season. Emissaries from Betis, including technical secretary Álvaro Ladrón de Guevara, have already traveled to advance talks with their German counterparts.
