Real Madrid considers selling Federico Valverde amid squad rebuild plans

Summary

Real Madrid may entertain selling midfielder Federico Valverde to fund a marquee signing. While new manager Jose Mourinho wants Valverde to stay, the club is exploring all options as they reshape the squad. Competition for midfield spots is increasing with the addition of Bernardo Silva and the emergence of Arda Guler.
