Real Madrid end midfield search; Arsenal set high price for Zubimendi

Summary

Real Madrid has halted its pursuit of midfield reinforcements after Rodri declined a move to the club. The decision follows the determination that no available midfielder would significantly enhance their squad. Arsenal has reportedly placed an asking price of £78 million for Martin Zubimendi amid interest from Chelsea. Other clubs, including Barcelona and Aston Villa, are also navigating the market with potential targets, though complications like injuries and declining options are notable. Crystal Palace is looking to break their transfer record with a €50 million offer for Lamine Camara from Monaco.
