Real Madrid unaffected by Rodri's decision to join Barcelona

Summary

Real Madrid has expressed no distress over midfielder Rodri's decision to sign with Barcelona during the ongoing summer transfer window. The club had engaged with Rodri in April, gauging interest for a potential transfer, but he never signaled enthusiasm for joining. MARCA reports that Rodri was not seen as an essential addition, with Real Madrid believing their squad is nearly complete and considering Bernardo Silva a more suitable target for their midfield needs. The club will only seek new signings if there is an unexpected departure from their current roster.
