Real Madrid unlikely to re-sign Nico Paz this summer

Real Madrid will not activate the buy-back clause for midfielder Nico Paz, who has impressed in Serie A with Como. New head coach Jose Mourinho reportedly does not envision a role for the 21-year-old in the upcoming season. Madrid will have one more chance to re-sign Paz in 2027 for €10 million. His continued stay at Como could aid his development, particularly as the team prepares for next season's Champions League.
