Real Salt Lake signs midfielder Taylor Booth on loan from FC Twente

Real Salt Lake announced the signing of United States international midfielder Taylor Booth on a loan agreement from FC Twente. The 25-year-old will remain with the club through the 2027 MLS Sprint Season, with a purchase option included in the deal. Booth previously played for the Real Salt Lake Academy before his professional stints at FC Utrecht, SKN St. Pölten, and Bayern Munich. He has earned two caps for the USMNT and competed in four matches during the 2024 Paris Olympics. At Real Salt Lake, he joins his brother Zach Booth, who returned to the club on loan earlier this year. The team currently sits 10th in the Western Conference with 28 points, trailing the final Wild Card position by one point.
