Red Sox catcher Adley Rutschman sidelined with injury concern

Summary

Boston Red Sox catcher Adley Rutschman will not play on Tuesday due to an injury. Rutschman experienced elbow discomfort after an aggressive swing in Monday's game against the Miami Marlins. This precaution comes as he has already faced multiple injuries this season, with the team needing him ready for an upcoming series against the New York Yankees. Rutschman has struggled offensively since joining the team, with a.146 batting average over 12 games. The Red Sox may rely on Connor Wong or Mickey Gasper at catcher in his absence.
