Red Sox place Ceddanne Rafaela on injured list with quadriceps strain

The Boston Red Sox moved outfielder Ceddanne Rafaela to the 10-day injured list on September 6. The transaction follows a diagnosis of a right quadriceps strain. This move sidelines the outfielder as the team navigates the late-season schedule. His status remains day-to-day beyond the mandatory ten-day recovery period required by the league. No further details regarding a potential return date were provided by the team following the roster announcement.
