Reedsville, Cedar Grove-Belgium baseball teams reach WIAA state tournament

On June 9, Reedsville and Cedar Grove-Belgium baseball teams secured their spots in the WIAA state tournament. Cedar Grove-Belgium achieved its first state trip since 1984, winning two games, including an 8-0 victory over Living Word Lutheran and a 6-2 win against Lake Country Lutheran. Reedsville's journey included a comeback from a three-run deficit to defeat Green Lake/Princeton 10-6 and a sectional final win against Barneveld, finishing 6-5. Both teams will advance to compete at the state level following their sectional championships.
