Registration opens for Vermont Missisquoi Paddle-Pedal race on July 11

Registration is now open for the Missisquoi Paddle-Pedal race, scheduled for July 11 in northern Vermont. The event includes a 6.5-mile paddling segment on the Missisquoi River followed by a 5-mile cycling portion on the Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail. Participants must check in at Davis Park and will begin the race at 9:30 a.m. Various race categories are available, including relays and recreational classes. Safety measures require participants to wear Coast Guard-approved life jackets while on the water. Scholarships are offered for local residents, and volunteers are needed for the event.
