AAA is back for another serving of lucha libre on Saturday night (July 4, 2026). Three matches are on the agenda, however, there could be bigger news coming from this episode. AAA general manager Rey Mysterio is working on a deal for the appearance of a former WWE world champion. That man should arrive on this episode, but I’m not 100% sure if that will be the case. Rey’s surprise wasn’t mentioned in the AAA preview material on social media. We’ll find out together. Also on the card is Lady Shani returning to fight Reina de Reinas champion Flammer in a non-title bout, the ongoing feud between El Fiscal and Abismo Negro Jr., as well as Mr. Iguana and La Parka together in a tag team three-way contest.
