Rhinos set to honor Rob Burrow at MND Awareness game

Leeds Rhinos will host their annual MND Awareness game on June 26 at Headingley Stadium, paying tribute to Rob Burrow, who passed away from the disease in 2024. Former teammate Ryan Hall visited the Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease in preparation for the event, emphasizing the ongoing efforts needed for the MND community. The Rhinos, currently leading in the Super League, will wear specially designed shirts featuring a blue cornflower, a symbol of MND, with proceeds supporting the center. This initiative follows substantial fundraising efforts by former player Kevin Sinfield, who has raised over £11 million for MND research and support.
