Riley Greene starts in left field and bats eighth for the American League in the 2026 MLB All-Star Game at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on July 13. Greene was initially selected as a reserve, along with shortstop Kevin McGonigle and catcher Dillon Dingler.
