Rio Ngumoha scores in Liverpool's pre-season win over Wrexham

Rio Ngumoha's deflected strike secured a 1-0 victory for Liverpool against Wrexham during a pre-season friendly in New York on July 29. The 17-year-old forward was deployed on the right wing in the second half and made a significant impact, leaving manager Andoni Iraola with considerations regarding Liverpool's transfer strategy. Following Ngumoha's performance, Liverpool's interest in Paris Saint-Germain's Bradley Barcola may be reevaluated, as they aim to enhance the development of their young prospect. Liverpool's pre-season tour concludes with a match against Leeds United on August 2.
