Robert LoBozzo earns weekly honors after Watchung Hills season opening win

Watchung Hills junior Robert LoBozzo was named the MyCentralJersey.com Football Player of the Week following a 14-0 season-opening victory against South Brunswick. LoBozzo contributed to the win across multiple positions, recording an interception on defense and catching a touchdown pass on offense. He also added a pass breakup and a tackle while playing at corner. Warriors coach Joe Ascolese credited LoBozzo’s expanded role, noting his transition from a one-way player as a sophomore to a contributor in all three phases of the game.
