Robert Saleh discusses hiring Brian Daboll for Titans coaching staff
Summary

Tennessee Titans head coach Robert Saleh addressed the decision to hire former Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Brian Daboll in an interview this week. Saleh emphasized Daboll's extensive experience and ability to develop quarterbacks, understanding that the coaching has shifted toward the styles of Sean McVay and Kyle Shanahan. With Daboll’s hiring following his tenure with the Giants, where he was let go after ten games in 2025, Saleh views him as a great fit for quarterback Cam Ward.
