Mets veteran reliever Robert Stock begins a rehab assignment with the High-A Brooklyn Cyclones on Friday. The 36-year-old was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome in March after shoulder discomfort during the World Baseball Classic. He was placed on the 60-day Injured List by Syracuse on March 18 after being reassigned to minor league camp. Prior to this rehab stint, Stock had pitched in the majors with the Boston Red Sox in 2025, with an overall career ERA of 4.90.
