The Colorado Rockies have placed catcher Hunter Goodman on the 10-day injured list, effective retroactively from August 15, due to a left shoulder strain. In response to this loss, the team has called up Braxton Fulford from Triple-A Albuquerque. Goodman has been one of the standout players for the Rockies this season, making his absence significant as the team looks to maintain competitiveness in the remainder of the season. The Rockies will need to adjust their roster and strategy as they move forward without their top performer for at least the next week.
