Rogers, Prime Video finalize 12-year NHL broadcasting agreement for Canada

Rogers Communications and Amazon's Prime Video have signed a 12-year sublicensing agreement for NHL broadcasts in Canada, effective the 2026-27 season. Prime Video will have exclusive rights to Wednesday night national NHL games and select Stanley Cup playoff series, enhancing its NHL portfolio in the country. This agreement is part of Rogers' broader NHL national media rights renewal, which extends through the 2037-38 season. Sportsnet will continue to hold exclusive English-language rights for over 500 national NHL games each season, including the majority of playoff matchups. Financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
