Roki Sasaki impresses in dominant start against Mets

Roki Sasaki delivered a strong performance for the Los Angeles Dodgers on July 24, 2026, pitching seven innings against the New York Mets at Citi Field. He struck out nine batters and allowed just one run on three hits and two walks. Manager Dave Roberts praised Sasaki's command and noted improvements in his pitch selection, particularly with a high usage of his splitter. Sasaki is gaining traction as a potential rotation ace for the Dodgers as they approach the postseason.
