Roma fans prepare to attend Champions League match in Istanbul

Approximately 2,300 Roma supporters are expected to travel to Istanbul for the team's upcoming Champions League match against Fenerbahce. The contingent will attend the game despite recent restrictions on the club's away support in Italy. Residents of Rome are currently prohibited from attending matches in Lecce and Turin due to security concerns involving other fan bases. Gian Piero Gasperini leads the squad into the fixture following a 2-1 loss to Besiktas in which Vlahovic scored. The team aims to utilize the presence of their traveling fans to navigate a challenging environment in Turkey. Ticket access for the Champions League match remains open to the visiting Roma supporters unlike the limitations currently enforced for domestic league fixtures in Italy.
