Roma finalizes Baldanzi's permanent transfer to Genoa after loan

Tommaso Baldanzi is set to join Genoa on a permanent basis after completing the latter half of the 2025-26 season on loan from Roma. Despite making only eight appearances during his loan period, Genoa has renegotiated a deal with Roma to secure Baldanzi, reportedly for €9.5 million. His contract will extend until the summer of 2030. Baldanzi originally moved to Roma from Empoli, after an earlier stint at Genoa under coach Daniele De Rossi.
