Roma is conducting a final effort this morning to secure winger Leweling before the Italian transfer window closes at 8:00 PM today. D’Amico is leading the push to convince the winger to join the club, as Roma seeks to bolster its attacking options. Alternative targets remain difficult, with Chelsea unwilling to loan Gittens and negotiations for Luiz Henrique currently stalled over fee demands. Barring a late resolution, the winger is expected to remain at Stuttgart.
