Romagnoli sets ultimatum for Al-Sadd amid Lazio contract talks

Summary

Alessio Romagnoli has given Al-Sadd an ultimatum to respond to Lazio’s counter-offer regarding his transfer. The 32-year-old defender has expressed impatience as negotiations have stalled, attributed partly to financial restrictions faced by Al-Sadd due to unrest in the Middle East. Romagnoli will evaluate other options if an agreement isn't reached by Sunday. Atalanta has emerged as another potential destination for Romagnoli, although he currently remains part of Lazio’s squad and participated in recent friendlies.
