Romeo Doubs misses practice for Patriots amid injury concerns

Summary

New England Patriots wide receiver Romeo Doubs missed practice on Wednesday, raising some concerns about his health. Doubs has been dealing with minor injury issues in recent days, but sources suggest his absence is not serious and may simply be a day for rest. The Patriots signed Doubs to a significant four-year, $68 million contract after his time with the Green Bay Packers, where he recorded 55 receptions for 724 yards last season. The situation may affect Kayshon Boutte, who has been under trade speculation but has performed well in training camp. The Patriots are likely to assess their receiver options based on Doubs' status moving forward.
