Romeo Doubs records no catches in Patriots loss to Seahawks

Wide receiver Romeo Doubs finished with zero catches on three targets during the New England Patriots' 13-10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Wednesday night. Doubs, who signed a four-year, $68 million contract with the Patriots this offseason, failed to record a reception in his team debut. His performance included one target that resulted in an interception and another that was a dropped pass. Teammate A.J. Brown also struggled, exiting the game in the third quarter after sustaining an ankle injury. Following the contest, Doubs accepted full responsibility for his lack of production, emphasizing that the team's quarterback play was not to blame for his performance. The Patriots now look to adjust their offensive approach following the season-opening defeat.
