Connor Seabold has been traded from the Toronto Blue Jays to the Kansas City Royals just hours before the Blue Jays face the Boston Red Sox. This marks Seabold's second trade in 19 days; he was obtained by Toronto from the Detroit Tigers on May 27. Seabold has pitched for five MLB teams since being drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2017. The move comes as the Royals transferred RHP Carlos Estévez to the 60-Day Injured List.
