Royalton Allen, a former UCLA recruit and three-star defensive back from California, committed to the Wisconsin Badgers on June 2. The announcement came after Allen visited Wisconsin during a recent weekend of official visits. He had previously planned to announce his decision on July 15 but opted to finalize it sooner. Allen is the 16th commitment to Wisconsin's 2027 class and the third defensive back, joining safety Dustin Roach and Daniel 'DJ' Davis.
