Ruben Amorim has chosen to exclude several first-team players from AC Milan's squad, including Christopher Nkunku and David Odogu. Amorim, who took over from Massimiliano Allegri, is reportedly prompting Nkunku to seek a new club after a lackluster performance during the pre-season. Nkunku previously shared the Kicker-Torjägerkanone award in 2023 but didn't impress Amorim. Odogu, a 20-year-old Germany youth international, has only had limited playing time in Serie A and has been linked with a transfer to Mainz 05.
