Rumble Ponies honor NYS softball champions Deposit-Hancock

The Binghamton Rumble Ponies will honor the Deposit-Hancock High School softball team at Mirabito Stadium on August 5. This recognition comes after Deposit-Hancock won the 2026 NYSPHSAA Class C state title, their fourth championship in five seasons, with a 4-3 victory over Galway. The team finished the season with a record of 23-2. Players Ivy Tice, Kadyn Appley, and Victoria Green received All-State honors. Before their game against the Hartford Yard Goats, the Rumble Ponies will name the champions in a special ceremony.
