Russell Wilson interviews for FBS head coaching position at NC State

Former Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson interviewed for the head coaching job at NC State on November 3. This comes after NC State fired coach Dave Doeren on October 24. Wilson, who played at NC State from 2008 to 2010, has transitioned to working as an analyst for CBS Sports following his retirement from the NFL in June. He is now among the leading candidates, alongside former NFL quarterback Philip Rivers, for the position. Wilson's NFL career included a Super Bowl win with the Seattle Seahawks and subsequent stints with the Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers, and New York Giants.
