Ryan Grigson has accepted a position as a senior football advisor with the Cleveland Browns, as confirmed by Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com. Previously, Grigson held a similar role with the Browns from 2020-21 and served as a senior personnel executive in 2017. He recently departed from the Minnesota Vikings, where he served as assistant general manager last season. Vikings GM Nolan Teasley offered Grigson a different role, but he opted to return to Cleveland instead. Grigson's prior experience includes being the Colts' general manager from 2012-16.
