Ryan ten Doeschate has stepped down from his role as India's men's assistant coach after two years, citing personal reasons. Subhadeep Ghosh will take over as the fielding coach, succeeding T Dilip, whose contract was not renewed. Ten Doeschate's final assignment was the white-ball tour of England, where he informed the BCCI of his decision. Ghosh's first international assignment will be the upcoming Test series against Sri Lanka in August. Both coaches will not participate in the Sri Lanka tour as part of the team's coaching staff.
