Sabrina Ionescu made her return for the New York Liberty in an 86-64 victory over the Washington Mystics on June 15, marking her first game in nearly a month due to injury. In 26 minutes off the bench, she scored five points, three rebounds, and three assists. Ionescu became the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 3,000 points, 1,000 rebounds, and 1,000 assists in her 183rd game. The win secured the Liberty's spot in the Commissioner's Cup final, extending their winning streak to six games. Ionescu's return gave the team a fully healthy lineup for the first time this season.
